If your Luma is spinning purple during initial setup, please follow steps below:
1.) Confirm that nothing is plugged into the USB port on the back of your Luma. See image below.
2.) Unplug your Luma for 10 seconds, and then plug it back in. Once plugged back in your Luma will begin spinning blue.
3.) Your Luma should turn solid blue indicating that it's ready for setup.
If the light ring goes solid blue after you have rebooted your Luma, please hit the "Back" or "Done" button to navigate back to the setup screen.
