My Luma is displaying a red light.

Please check the following:

  • Luma is not plugged into the Ethernet port, make sure that your Ethernet connection is in the IN port on your Luma.
  • Phone used in setup is physically too far away from the Luma and can’t receive the Luma’s Bluetooth broadcast.
  • Luma can no longer communicate to the Luma network. Please unplug and replug in your Luma to power.
