My Android got an error that says "No Location Access."


If you receive this error, the location settings within your Android device need to be turned on. This also might indicate that you are trying to set up your Lumas without Bluetooth turned on or have Denied permission to use Location Services on your Android devices.

Android Marshmallow and above (4.0) requires Location Services enabled for Bluetooth device scanning, which is required for an optimal setup experience. 

Enabling your Bluetooth and/or Location Services on your device should let you keep going through setup.
