My iOS app gives the error "The Network cable not plugged into your Luma."

During setup there are a series of potential errors that you may encounter depending on a variety of factors.   If you see the following error, then please follow the steps below.

"The Network cable not plugged into your Luma." 

Please ensure that the network cable is plugged into the ‘IN’ port of Luma and the ‘Ethernet’ or ‘LAN’ port of your modem.

Then, restart your modem by unplugging and re plugging the power
