My iOS app gives the error "Your Luma does not have an internet connection."





"Your Luma does not have internet connection" is a potential error that can occur during setup.

Restart the modem by unplugging the power supply to the unit, waiting 15 seconds, and plugging in again. Ensure the network cable provided is connected to the "IN" port on the back of Luma hub, the other end is plugged into the modem in the "WAN" port, and that the lights on the modem provided by the ISP are active.
